So glad so are healing well! Surgery can be scary. I have been put under several times for different types of surgery and have always opted to not use Hydrocodone or other strong pain killers as they make me very sick. If I take anything with codeine in it I inevitably throw it all up and am back to square one with pain management. I have always used Ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol to manage pain post-surgery or in the event of a serious injury. That is how my Mom managed her pain post surgery to repair her broken ankle! (This surgery required several screws and plates to be put in.)

Just wanted to ask if you put the oils in a capsule of if you took them a different way. I will be having a C-section the end of July...looking into the different oils also to possibly use instead of pain meds. Wonder how this mix would work for that!? Thanks for your post!

Jessica - Great question! I combined the oils in a glass bottle with a dropper and filled up each capsule that way. The recommend dose is 2-3 capsules depending on the person's pain. You can use more or less, if necessary. Hope that helps. Godspeed on your c-section! Let me know if I can help further.

Thank you for your quick response...but if you don't mind, I would also like to know of each oil how many drops did you use? Thank you!
